With most manufactured housing communities in the country having been developed in the 1970s and 1980s, the construction of new communities has frequently been stigmatized and widely disregarded. 

Pioneer recognized a growing need and demand for high-quality affordable product and set out to create a vertically integrated development arm with the goal of providing fully-amenitized ground-up manufactured housing communities.

Pioneer’s high-end manufactured housing developments consist of brand-new infrastructure spanning amenity packages with swimming pools, playgrounds, dog parks, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, brand new homes, wide roads with sidewalks, off-street parking, and various other improvements that are offered to residents at a below-market attainable rate.

‍Pioneer is currently developing in excess of 1,800 ground-up MH lots across three (3) individual projects and is eager to expand this platform into select markets with a need for brand new high-quality attainable housing.
