Introducing Rio Vista Mobile Home Community in Lothian, MD

Over the last 12 months, we have doubled down on our in-house operations and management. With our Regional Manager, Jeremy Gray, on board, we’re hyper focused on building out a best-of-class infrastructure to provide the highest level of service to our residents and stakeholders.

As a result of our efforts, we’re excited to share our first joint venture recapitalization & management restructuring of 2021!

It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of Rio Vista Mobile Home Community in Lothian, MD to the Pioneer portfolio of affordable communities! Rio Vista is a manufactured housing community comprised of 50 pads and primarily made up of newer double-wide homes. Situated in the heart of Anne Arundel County, it is a clean and quiet all-age community that offers quality affordable housing to its residents. Conveniently located with proximity to local shops and retailers, Annapolis, Chesapeake Bay, and Washington DC, Rio Vista is a community that residents are proud to call home.

We’ve already hit the ground running and have started implementing a number of systems and processes at the community in order to maximize leasing, collections, adherence to rules and regulations, and community-wide family events.
