COVID-19 Letter

Dear Friends,

We hope this message finds you and your families well. In the midst of these turbulent times, we have all been pushed and challenged in ways unprecedented.

Now, more than ever, we are guided by our company principles of Excellence, Passion, Ethics, and Humility. We remain committed to our vision of providing turnkey affordable housing to tenants nationwide and above average returns to our stakeholders. Over the last several weeks, our primary mandate has been to ensure the safety of our residents and employees, which we have successfully accomplished.

Despite the unfolding of these recent events, Pioneer is still actively seeking direct acquisition opportunities, or other creative transactions including joint ventures, recapitalizations, or debt placement.

Navigating through the next few months, creativity will be pivotal, and while we won’t be conducting any canvassing trips in the foreseeable future, we do plan to remain fully transactional.

It is during these trying times that our character will be shaped, and our resilience refined.

As Chris Ludeman, Global President of Capital Markets at CBRE recently stated, “crisis is a cruel but unifying event.”
