The Pioneer team has been hard at work improving Auman Acres MHC in High Point, NC. Brand new manufactured homes, concrete driveways, signage upgrades and a new leasing office are just a few of the many improvements we've made since acquiring the community in October of 2021.

Our team accomplished the 12 month capital improvement plan in only 6 months, and hit our month 24 occupancy goal by month 9!
Auman Acres MHC is providing affordable living to hard working, cost burdened families at a 40% discount to the average rent for a three-bedroom apartment in High Point, which stands at $1,745 in August of 2022. We're hard at work to reverse the 'trailer park' stigma by providing high quality, well managed, affordable manufactured housing communities.
